º. El que corrompa a una mujer mayor de catorce años y menor de dieciséis, mediante el acceso carnal con su consentimiento, incurrirá en arresto de tres a veinticuatro meses. La pena aumentará hasta en la mitad si el hecho se realiza en cualquiera de las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 317 del C. P.
