° El Departamento someterá a la aprobación del Ministerio de Obras Públicas los nombramientos de Ingenieros y de Cajeros y, las asignaciones que les señale, teniendo en cuenta que estos últimos deben otorgar fianza por la cuantía que fije la Contraloría General de la República, entidad a la cual deberán rendir las cuentas de inversión de los fondos que se les entreguen.
