° El artículo 1° del Decreto-ley 848 de 1990, quedará así: “ Vigilancia privada . Para los efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por vigilancia privada, la prestación remunerada de servicios de vigilancia con armas, para dar protección a personas naturales o jurídicas de derecho público o privado, a bienes muebles e inmuebles, para escoltar a personas, vehículos y transporte de mercancías, y transportar valores”.
