La Junta Central de Contadores podrá sancionar con multas sucesivas de $500.00 a favor del Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales a la persona natural, firma u organización profesional que, sin estar debidamente inscritas, anuncien o ejecuten cualquiera de los servicios indicados en ellos artículos reservados en la Ley o en sus reglamentos a los contadores públicos. La resolución de la Junta, una vez en firme, prestará mérito ejecutivo ante los jueces competentes.
