Comprobación de Situaciones para goce de Pensión. Los beneficiarios de pensiones otorgadas por el fallecimiento de empleados públicos en servicio activo o en goce de pensión, para mantener el derecho a disfrutar de tal prestación, deberán demostrar ante la correspondiente entidad pagadora, que no han incurrido en las causales de extinción previstas en el artículo 125 del Decreto 1214 de 1990, mediante declaración anual juramentada, rendida ante Juez o Notario competente.
