Los Tribunales Administrativos Seccionales conocen, a prevención de las cuestiones que se susciten, en el campo administrativo, entre dos o más Municipios, situados en distintos Departamentos, Intendencias o Comisarías, siempre que uno de ellos este situado dentro de la jurisdicción del Tribunal que aprehende el conocimiento.
