Articulación Nación-Territorio. Se entiende por articulación Nación-Territorio la relación estratégica entre las entidades nacionales y territoriales, con el propósito de prevenir, asistir, atender y reparar integralmente a las víctimas en los términos del artículo 3° de la Ley 1448 de 2011.
