Art. 10. El comisionado o comisionados que el Gobierno encargue de celebrar en el estranjero cualquier contrato de los que se espresan en esta lei, podrán ser facultados para terminarlos definitivamente i sin necesidad de posterior aprobacion del Poder Ejecutivo, siempre que éste así lo disponga espresamente; pero de esta autorizacion solo podrá hacerse uso hasta el 31 de marzo de 1876.
