No disponibilidad del servicio. Cuando un inmueble permaneciere sin servicio de energía eléctrica durante quince (15) días o más, dentro de un mismo período de facturación, por causa no imputable al usuario, la entidad no podrá cobrar en dicho período el cargo fijo mensual correspondiente.
