Artículo único. Reconócese a favor de la seora Doña Lucia Espinosa S. la suma de quinientos pesos ($ 500), valor del entierro del prócer de la Independencia señor José María Espinosa P. que se mandó hacer por cuenta del Gobierno, y que hasta la fecha no ha sido satisfecho por el Tesoro Nacional.

Dicha suma se dará por incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos para la próxima vigencia económica.
