Cuando un colono voluntario o forzado revele de manera ostensible que ha abandonado un cultivo, y renuncia del todo a sus derechos sobre él, la Junta lo adjudicará al colono recientemente llegado que más acreedor sea a esa gracia por su adhesión al trabajo. Si hubiere igualmente acreedores, por esta circunstancia, a tal gracia, se preferirá al que mayor familia tenga a su cargo.
