º . Homologación de horarios. Para dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el presente decreto, las autoridades deberán disponer de los recursos humanos y físicos necesarios para la homologación de horarios, de forma tal que se garantice la prestación óptima del servicio de inspección en forma simultánea, en los términos y condiciones establecidos en el "Manual de Procedimientos de Inspección Física Simultánea".
