Este Decreto se distribuirá en folletos a los Agentes Diplomáticos y Consulares de Colombia en el Exterior, a las Gobernaciones, Intendencias y Comisarías y a las Alcaldías y Tesorerías Municipales; y serán publicados por bando sus capítulos 1º, 2º y 10º, en todos los Municipios y Corregimientos, dos veces al mes durante el primer año, a partir de si publicación en el Diario Oficial. Además será insertado íntegramente en los periódicos oficiales los Departamentos y Municipios. Comuníquese y publíquese
