En la vigencia 2026, los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones con destino al FONPET utilizados en las anteriores vigencias por el Gobierno nacional para destinarlos al financiamiento de los sectores educación y salud, serán reintegrados a la cuenta del FONPET en el valor equivalente a una catorceava parte de la deuda.
