ARTICULO 4.2.0.7.- OPERACIONES FINALES O INTERMEDIAS. Cuando por motivo de una visita o investigación sea necesario analizar operaciones finales o intermedias que hayan realizado los emisores de valores, las entidades sometidas a su vigilancia o cualquier otra persona que intervenga en el mercado público de valores, el Superintendente de Valores, los Superintendentes delegados o el funcionario comisionado para el efecto podrán exigir toda aquella información o documentación que considere necesaria. En caso de renuencia para entregar lo solicitado, el Superintendente de Valores o los Superintendentes delegados podrán imponer las sanciones de que trata el artículo 1. 2. 2. 1 del presente Estatuto.
