Art. 30. El factor habitara en la casa de la oficina para mayor seguridad de los caudales i tabacos que haya en ella. Por defecto del factor, habitará dicha casa el interventor; i por defecto de este el fiel de almacenes o el empleado de la misma factoria en que de común acuerdo convengan los tres empleados espresados, dando cuenta de su acuerdo a la Dirección general, i siempre bajo la responsabilidad de los espresados tres empleados.
