Art. Único. Concédece á la señora Ignacia Ballen, hija legítima del prócer de la independencia, doctor Nicolas Ballen de Guzman, una pension vitalicia de cincuenta pesos mensuales ($ 50) pagaderos del Tesoro nacional en los mismos términos en que se pagan las de los militares de la Independencia.
