Los cursos de Comando y Capacitación a que se refiere el artículo 44 del Decreto 3071 de 1968, tendrán una duración mínima de seis (6) meses y doce (12) semanas, respectivamente, y serán organizados y supervigilados por los Comandantes de Fuerza. El Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares determinará el nivel de conocimientos que deban alcanzar los Oficiales que efectúen estos cursos.
