- FUNCIONES DE LA OFICINA DE ORDEN PUBLICO DEL MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO. Son funciones de la Oficina de Orden Público y Convivencia Ciudadana {del Ministerio de Gobierno} las siguientes: Diseñar y administrar el sistema documental y de información relacionado con el orden público, y evaluar los informes que los Gobernadores, Alcaldes del Distrito Capital y Alcaldes, como jefes de policía deben enviar al Ministro de Gobierno (Ley 52 de 1990 y Decreto Ley 2035 de 1991, art. 6o., literal b., concordado con el artículo 309 de la Constitución Política).
