Artículo segundo cada uno de los candidatos que integren cualquiera de las listas aludidas en el artículo anterior, deberá llenar la totalidad de los requisitos exigidos por el artículo 64 de la ley 6a. de 1945, esto es: ser ciudadano colombiano, mayor de treinta años, abogado titulado y versado en derecho del trabajo; gozar de buena reputación, y no haber sido condenado en ningún tiempo a penas aflictivas.
