º. Cumplimiento de la relación de solvencia. El cumplimiento de la relación de solvencia vigente se realizará en forma individual por cada sociedad de capitalización. Igualmente la relación de solvencia deberá cumplirse y supervisarse en forma consolidada, de acuerdo con las instrucciones que para el efecto imparta la Superintendencia Bancaria.
