Cualquier persona natural o jurídica que sin ser afiliada a una Cámara de Comercio, usare el título de afiliada, será castigada con una multa de quinientos pesos ($ 500), que impondrá la Cámara, y que Ingresará al tesoro de ésta.

La respectiva resolución se publicará en los periódicos que la misma Cámara señale.
