Art. 7. ° La Aduana de Cúcuta remitirá al enunciado Cónsul relaciones mensuales de tornaguías que reciba. En ellas se hará clara referencia a las guías i copias que espresan los artículos 1.° i 2.° Para facilitar esta operacion deberán marcarse en serie numérica continua.
