Art. 1.° Concédese amplia amnistía a todos los individuos que tomaron parte en la rebelión y hecho de armas que tuvieron lugar en la ciudad de Zipaquirá en los días 10 y 11 del pasado mes de Agosto, bajo la dirección del Jefe de la Guardia colombiana, Pedro Soler Martínez.

.° Exceptúase de esta gracia a los Jefes y Oficiales de la Guardia colombiana que con mando legal tomaron parte en aquel acontecimiento.
