Artículo único. La pensión de que disfruta el Teniente Coronel Francisco Giraldo, Prócer de la Independencia, pasará por partes iguales, después de su fallecimiento, á su hija Francisca, viuda de Juan C. Aguilar, y á sus nietas Magdalena Aguilar Giraldo y Camila Escobar Giraldo.
