Control de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud Para vigilar y controlar el recaudo y adecuada destinación de los ingresos de los Fondos Locales y Seccionales de Salud, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud podrá exigir la información necesaria de parte de las entidades territoriales y demás entes, organismos o dependencias que generen, recauden o capten recursos destinados al sector salud.
