Rebájanse á diez centavos por cada doce y medio kilogramos los derechos de importación de la sal en las Aduanas de Buenaventura y Tumaco. La rebaja se hará por décimas partes mensuales, á contar desde el 2 de Enero próximo, de acuerdo con el artículo 205 de la Constitución.
