La solicitud de amnistía a que se refiere el artículo anterior será resuelta por el Juez del conocimiento dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a la presentación de la misma. El auto que niegue la solicitud de amnistía será susceptible de recurso de apelación que podrá proponerse por el sindicado, su apoderado, o el representante del Ministerio Público. Si no se presentare recurso, la providencia será consultada.
