° Adicionase el Artículo 10 del Decreto número 2615 de 19153, en el sentido de que las sociedades colectivas, en comandita simple, de responsabilidad limitada y cualquiera otra distinta de las anónimas y en comandita por acciones, no estarán sujetas al impuesto adicional establecido por la Ley 85 de 1946 y el Artículo 12 del Decreto número 285 de 1955, a partir del año gravable de 1955 y siguientes.
