Prestación del servicio. En cualquier caso, los centros de educación de adultos de carácter estatal, podrán atender la prestación del servicio, con educadores de tiempo completo que recibirán una bonificación por el servicio adicional a su jornada laboral, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en las normas legales sobre el particular o según lo establecido por cada entidad territorial, en su respectivo plan de desarrollo educativo territorial.
