Será Tesorero de esta Junta el señor Tesorero Municipal, el cual prestará la fianza correspondiente ante la Contraloría General de la República, de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia. Dicho empleado rendirá sus cuentas a la misma Contraloría.
