La Nación procederá a expropiar los terrenos que forman la zona declarada de utilidad pública, por medio del artículo anterior y los destinará exclusivamente a la repoblación y a la formación de bosques industriales, obras estas que se adelantarán bajo la dirección del Ministerio de Agricultura.
