° La Intendencia destinará los terrenos, así: el de "Punta de Hansa", a la ejecución de un plan de desarrollo urbano y atracción turística, permitiéndose solamente construcciones de primera clase, y de conformidad con el plan regulador de la ciudad de San Andrés; el de "Black Dog" para la construcción, también de acuerdo con el mismo plan regulador, de un Centro Administrativo Intedencial, pudiendo vender los lotes no necesarios.
