Reglamento del Consejo Asesor. El Consejo Asesor del Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del Nivel Nacional se regirá por el siguiente reglamento

Reuniones. El Consejo Asesor se reunirá ordinariamente el último día hábil de cada mes, previa citación por parte del Presidente y extraordinariamente cuando este o la mayoría de sus miembros lo soliciten.

Actas. De cada una de las reuniones se levantarán las actas correspondientes en las que se consignarán las recomendaciones que el Consejo haga para el manejo del Fondo.
