En lo sucesivo tanto el Director de la Biblioteca Nacional como el del Museo otorgarán una fianza hipotecaria de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) oro cada uno, con el fin de asegurar el manejo de los libros, objetos y enseres de los establecimientos expresados . Comuníquese y publíquese.
