Art. 15. Derógase la Ley 75 de 1887 y todas las disposiciones contrarias a la presente ley, y modifícase en la forma siguiente el inciso 5º del Decreto Ejecutivo de 15 de septiembre de 1868.

"5º. Entre 6º y 30' (seis grados y treinta minutos) y ocho grados veinte minutos (8º 20') latitud Norte y dos grados cuarenta minutos (2º 40') y tres grados treinta minutos (3º 30') longitud occidental del meridiano de Bogotá.
