La solicitud debe ser debidamente sustentada y a ella se acompañarán los elementos cognoscitivos pertinentes. El superior tendrá tres (3) días para decidir mediante auto contra el cual no procede recurso alguno. La Corte Marcial deberá suspenderse hasta tanto el superior no la decida, El Tribunal Superior Militar rechazará de plano la que no cumpla con los requisitos exigidos en esta disposición.
