Alcance del beneficio. El monto real invertido o donado en dinero efectivo, con destino exclusivo a los proyectos que resulten seleccionados en la convocatoria de aplicación, darán derecho al inversionista o donante a una deducción de su renta correspondiente al ciento sesenta y: cinco por ciento (165%) del valor real invertido o donado por el periodo gravable en que se realice la inversión o donación, si cumple con todos los parámetros y condiciones establecidos en los artículos 179 y 180 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, en este Título y en la convocatoria de aplicación.
