Derechos tarifarios por la licencia para operar en las frecuencias atribuidas al servicio móvil aeronáutico (R). Los derechos tarifarios correspondientes a la licencia otorgada a personas Jurídicas o naturales en los términos del artículo 2.2.4.2.1., para operar en las frecuencias atribuidas al servicio móvil aeronáutico (R) es de veintiséis coma treinta uno (26,31) UVT, el cual deberá cancelarse al Fondo de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, en períodos anuales.
