° Las infracciones a las disposiciones que contiene este Decreto, se castigarán con multas sucesivas de cincuenta a doscientos pesos moneda corriente ($50 a $200) y con el doble en el caso de reincidencia; y las sanciones serán impuestas por el Médico Jefe del Centro Mixto o por el funcionario del ramo que determine el Director del Departamento Nacional de Higiene. Las resoluciones son apelables en el efecto suspensivo y el recurso se surtirá ante la Dirección del Departamento Nacional de Higiene.
