En cada Brigada o unidad operativa del Ejército terrestre, en las Fuerzas Aéreas y en la Armada Nacional, debe haber un Juez permanente con residencia en el respectivo Comando Superior, que conoce, en primera instancia, de las infracciones militares, en armonía con lo prescrito en este Código.
