Requisitos mínimos. La Corporación podrá prescindir, en relación con las personas que pretenda vincular a su servicio, de los requisitos mínimos para el desempeño de los empleos, previstos en el Decreto 1577 de 1979 y normas que lo complementen o adicionen, en los casos en que así lo disponga el Director Ejecutivo. Esta facultad podrá ser ejercida sólo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1986. VII- CONTROL FISCAL
