A efectos de que la pignoración de rentas de que trata el artículo anterior pueda ser aceptada como garantía admisible, las instituciones financieras deberán constatar que los créditos se apliquen a los mismos servicios, actividades o sectores a que forzosamente deban destinarse las rentas de acuerdo con la ley.
