En los términos de la presente Ley quedan reformados el artículo 1º de la Ley 99 de 1913 , con excepción del parágrafo 1º de dicho artículo, el ordinal 2º del artículo 16 de la Ley 6a. de 1922, la Ley 72 de 1919 , y derogadas todas las disposiciones que sean contrarias a la presente.
