El Gobierno procederá a organizar, bajo la dependencia del Departamento Nacional de Agricultura y Zootecnia, el servicio de meteorología agrícola, en cooperación con la Dirección del Observatorio Nacional, y queda autorizado para adquirir los materiales que sean necesarios.
