Declárase nacionales las siguientes vías: la que partiendo de Frontino pasa por Dabeiba y Pavarandocito, y termina en Turbo; y la que de Cáceres va a Montería. Destínase a ellas la cantidad de setecientos pesos mensuales, así: $ 400 para la primera y $ 300 para la última.

Lo ordenado en este artículo no obsta a los derechos que en relación con la primera de estas vías se hayan adquirido de conformidad con la Ley 19 de 1904 .
