° Para que los damnificados de que trata el artículo anterior tengan derecho al auxilio decretado, deberán presentar dentro de los 60 días siguientes a la publicación de este Decreto en el Diario Oficial, su solicitud ante la Junta creada por el articulo 1°, con expresión de la clase de daños que les fueron causados por el incendio y del valor de éstos, acompañada de los documentos que se determinan en el presente Decreto.
