Cancelación voluntaria del registro sanitario . Los titulares de registros sanitarios de los productos fitoterapéuticos objeto del presente decreto, que deseen cancelar de manera voluntaria sus registros sanitarios, deben solicitarlo expresamente ante el Invima, el cual evaluará la solicitud y podrá negarlo por motivos de salud pública.
