Las sentencias de que trata e artículo anterior, serán apelables en el efecto suspensivo, para ante la Prefectura Judicial, cuando tales sentencias se dicten por los Jueces de la Policía Judicial o de Prevención en Bogotá, y para ante el Gobernador del departamento en los demás casos. Tales sentencias serán en todo caso consultadas ante esas respectivas autoridades.
