El artículo 2º del Decreto 2921 de diciembre 31 de 1994, quedará así: "Para efectos de determinar las cuantías que la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social debe transferir al Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del Nivel Nacional, dicha entidad efectuará corte de cuentas parciales, con la periodicidad que determine el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, el primero de ellos a 30 de septiembre de 1995".
